When you enquire about my bridal makeup services, I may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, wedding date, wedding venue, number of people requiring makeup and any other information you choose to provide about your wedding.

How I use your information

I use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Check my availability for your wedding date
• Provide you with quotes, packages and pricing information
• Answer any questions you may have
• Arrange and manage your booking
• Communicate with you about your booking and wedding day
• Provide my makeup services to you

I will only use your information for purposes connected with your enquiry or booking, unless I am legally required to use it for another reason.

Who I share your information with

Your information is kept private and is not sold or shared with other businesses for marketing purposes.

If you go ahead with a booking, your details may be entered into Creative Freedom, the booking platform I use to manage my clients and bookings.

I may also need to share information where I am legally required to do so, for example for accounting or legal purposes.

How long I keep your information

I keep your information only for as long as I reasonably need it for the purposes it was collected, including managing your enquiry, booking, wedding day and any necessary business records.

When your information is no longer needed, I will securely delete or dispose of it where appropriate.

I take reasonable steps to keep your personal information secure and to prevent it from being lost, misused or accessed by someone who should not have access to it.

Your rights

You have rights over the personal information I hold about you. Depending on the circumstances, you can ask me to:

• Delete your personal information where there is no longer a reason for me to keep it
